By voluntarily pressing the "accept" button you are hereby joining this association of your own free will and are exercising your right to associate with others who share common interests. By accepting membership in the H.E.A.L. Association you hereby waive any claim of liability against H.E.A.L., its membership, or its sponsors, for any educational material, herbal products, consulting, or any other goods or services provided to you by H.E.A.L., which either fail to work as claimed, or which may cause any injury or damage.The applicant, by clicking "accept" button below, acknowledges that he/she is responsible for their own use or misuse of any or all advice, herbal products, health products, educational materials, product packaging, or health treatments, directly or indirectly provided to them by H.E.A.L., its members, or sponsors. The applicant also specifically agrees that he/she will not resell or give away any herbal product obtained from H.E.A.L. to other non-members of this association. If a minor is involved, his/her responsible guardian has taken responsibility for agreeing to these terms, and membership in the H.E.A.L. Association on behalf of said minor.
The applicant by pushing the "accept" button affirms that he/she is not working for, or being paid by, or working in cooperation with, any governmental agency in a "scheme" or "sting" operation for the purpose of investigating or prosecuting H.E.A.L., its membership, or its sponsors.
The H.E.A.L.Yearly Membership fee is 20.00. You may pay this on line at the HEAL Marketplace Shopping Cart. If you plan to place an order along with your membership fee this will be fine just select your items from our Shopping Cart, your membership and order will be processed together.
( Please note that the $20.00 membership fee will be added in-addition to your first order. )
HEAL 2004 Renewal
Your Information will now be emailed to H.E.A.L. and kept on file as long as you wish to maintain your membership. You will shortly receive an email with your Membership number & access information to our Restricted Members Only Area. If you are wanting to place an order with HEAL you may do so after you have submitted your membership form. They will be process together.
